In order to fulfil the changing needs of the insurance market, GCM employees are committed to high standards of service, and maintain this level of service through constant self-auditing.

Every employee operates within a fixed settling authority and settling documents are cross checked by another team member according to the '4-eyes principle' Compliance is checked by means of internal audits, which are prepared on a regular basis through the Account Manager, the results being provided to clients  and employees alike.

The results of internal audits support our ongoing efforts to better our company and the services we offer.
